This recently renovated Altbau apartment came to us as a completely empty space, ready for its full interior setup.
The apartment includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Designed as a short-term rental for up to 10 guests, its layout makes efficient use of the sleeping capacity while maintaining an open and comfortable feel.
Each bedroom and the children’s room was designed with its own colour direction, using tones of taupe, beige, sage, and dusty blush pink, combined with wall panelling that adds depth and character. The atmosphere and style of these rooms were carried through to the living and dining area, kitchen, and entrance, creating a consistent but varied overall feel.
While respecting the classic Altbau style, we introduced a more contemporary and slightly colourful selection of furniture and materials. The dining area serves as a central element of the space, complemented by a thoughtfully integrated coffee station in the living area.
The combination of pleasant colours and varied forms creates a harmonious, spacious, and inviting interior.
Upon completion, the apartment was fully furnished, equipped, and ready to welcome its first guests, marking the final stage of a comprehensive interior transformation.
We would be happy to arrange an initial consultation to discuss your project in person.
