This set of four guest apartments, located within the same residential building in Vienna’s 3rd district near Stadtpark, was shaped through considered redesign and upgrade work within a shared framework.
All apartments followed a consistent modern minimalist direction and were furnished with a similar base selection of furniture, including existing turquoise and green-toned seating pieces. While the foundation was cohesive, the interiors felt slightly unfinished in their overall expression.
The aim was to better integrate the modern elements with the character of the apartments, creating a more balanced and coherent atmosphere across all units.
This was achieved through a thoughtful combination of textiles, decorative pieces aligned with the colour palette, additional furniture elements, and refined feature walls in the bedrooms.
We also added lighting and decorative accents throughout the apartments, enhancing both the atmosphere and visual clarity of the spaces.
Alongside these updates, each apartment was re-prepared in terms of functionality, including practical storage solutions, kitchen organisation, and a fully guest-ready setup.
The result demonstrates how considered, small-scale changes can significantly elevate both the aesthetic and functional quality of existing interiors.
We would be happy to arrange an initial consultation to discuss your project in person.
